xTimeConf
With xTimeConfRelease check and approve time bookings directly in the DynamiX-interface. Transparent, efficient and fully SAP-integrated. Time administrators can keep an eye on all entries, filter them, check them and approve them with just a few clicks.
xTimeConfRelease offers flexible checks and warnings that can be customised. The auto-release function processes bookings automatically as soon as they fulfil defined criteria. This saves you time without losing control. Open times from the last two months remain visible at all times and can be specifically reworked.
All bookings are displayed centrally and can be sorted by location, release status or auto-release status. Every time can be viewed in detail, including order, assignment, kilometres or allowances. After release, the data is automatically transferred to SAP and posted there.
